- Previous experience in a residential care setting with proven team leadership skills.
- Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to personalised resident care.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care staff on shift, including training and supervision.
- Assist with administering and ordering medications and updating care plans.
- Review risk assessments and liaise with GPs and district nurses and residents' families.
- Ensure residents' dignity, preferences and wellbeing are central to care delivery.
