Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff and deliver person-centred care in a residential home. You will train staff, manage duties on shift, and support with medication administration and care plan updates while coordinating with GPs and family members.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and has prior residential care experience.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Previous experience in a residential care setting.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of care staff on shift.
• Provide training and supervision to care staff.
• Assist with administration and ordering of medication.
• Review and update resident care plans and risk assessments.
• Liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and resident families.
