Field Lane is a charity seeking a Senior Care and Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently in their homes or with families, in the Reigate area. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care, assist with daily living tasks, and promote inclusion and dignity.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete) and at least 2 years’ experience.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete)
• 2+ years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
• Caring, empathetic and non-judgemental attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Full Driving Licence and use of own vehicle
• Satisfactory enhanced DBS and background checks-required
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred care with a dedicated team
• Deliver personal care per individual care plans
• Assist with daily living tasks (meals, laundry, housekeeping)
• Promote inclusion, dignity and independence for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and professionals
• Maintain records and ensure confidentiality; uphold safeguarding policies
