Job summary

Field Lane is a charity delivering care and support across Surrey, dedicated to helping adults with learning disabilities live independently. We are seeking a Senior Care and Support Worker to join a warm, inclusive team in Redhill, Reigate and Horley.

You will provide person-centred care, support daily living tasks, and uphold safeguarding and confidentiality with families and professionals. The role requires NVQ2 in Care (or willingness to complete), 2+ years’ experience, driving licence, and

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete) is required.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
• Satisfactory enhanced DBS and background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support with daily living tasks.
• Deliver personal care in line with care plans.
• Promote inclusion, dignity and independence for clients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.
• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety and organisational policies.
• Participate in training, meetings and ongoing development.
