Job summary

Oakbank Care Home in Crieff is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead a compassionate team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Qualifications

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable or willingness to work towards
• Medication administration training with competency is essential
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person-centred care
• Oversee the smooth running of your shift and ensure care is well organised
• Oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to changes
