Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification; minimum NVQ2 with plan to attain NVQ3 within six months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to support people with challenging behaviour and promote a team approach.
• Previous experience in a care or supported living role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support delivery of person-centred care, meeting residents' personal needs and daily living tasks.
• Lead and coach support workers to help residents achieve their chosen outcomes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, families, colleagues and external professionals.
