Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker at Brunswick House in the West Midlands. You will join a compassionate team delivering tailored care to five adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.

You will lead shifts, coordinate activities, and support residents to gain skills, while ensuring care plans and records meet regulatory standards. NVQ Level 3 preferred; Level 2 considered with progression steps; driving licence beneficial.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred.
• Applicants with a minimum NVQ Level 2 will be considered, with progression to Level 3.
• Driving licence beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Promote independence, dignity, and positive outcomes for residents.
• Supervise, coach, and develop support staff within a positive team culture.
• Ensure care plans, records, and practices meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Coordinate shifts, manage daily activities, and maintain a safe environment.
