Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a care home in England. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans to deliver personalised resident care.

You will be warm-hearted, compassionate and dedicated to providing dignified care. Ongoing training and opportunities to progress to Care Practitioner or nursing roles are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Demonstrated clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to personalised care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
