Salutem Care and Education is recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee an 18-bed care service in South Shields, ensuring smooth operation and staff management. The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and deep knowledge of Health & Social Care regulations.

You will monitor person-centred service delivery, supervise deputy managers and team leaders, and work to achieve excellent outcomes for people we support.

Formación

• Experience in social care management and CQC Framework.
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Social Services regulations/legislation.
• Proven track record of improving and developing services for people with disabilities.
• Strong administrative and financial management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support delivery of person-centred services within your area.
• Oversee budgeting and financial administration of services.
• Manage staff allocation and overall service operations.
• Lead and supervise Team Leaders and Senior Staff.
• Demonstrate approachable, reliable leadership and drive improvements.
