Job summary

Agincare, a family-owned care provider in England, is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to help individuals and families find the right care. You’ll build relationships, guide enquiries from Home Care to Live-in Care and Care Homes, and work toward realistic targets with warmth, empathy and commercial awareness.

A strong record-keeping and proactive follow-ups are essential. We offer up to £27,500 basic salary, uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No care experience required, but sales or customer-facing experience is valued.
• You should be confident, personable, and able to communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage new care enquiries.
• Build relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Understand needs and recommend the right care.
• Work across Home Care, Live-in Care and Care Homes.
• Manage follow-ups and maximise opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to fulfil requests.
• Keep records accurate and up to date.
• Identify ways to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Share ideas to help the team do things better.
