Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Home Services Advisor to support Elm Bank Care Home and Brampton View Care Home across the division. The role involves regular travel and time away from home during the week, with a competitive salary plus commission and a generous car allowance.

You will engage with potential residents, conduct informative tours, and build relationships within the local community while representing state‑of‑the‑art homes dedicated to high quality care.

Qualifications

• Track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present to individuals and groups.
• Experience building relationships within a local community.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our homes in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for a number of care homes.
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone and provide tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

This role will be covering two sites - Elm Bank Care home and Brampton View Care Home.
