Thornfield Care Home, located on the outskirts of Seaton on the Jurassic Coast, is registered for 52 residents.

Role

Lead with heart, support with purpose, and make every day count! We seek a Senior Care Assistant to lead our day shift team, guiding carers, supporting residents, administering medication, updating care plans, and building trust with residents and families. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone eager to stay close to direct care and foster a positive environment.

What you’ll be doing
