Job summary

Connected Health in the UK is seeking a Senior Coordinator to drive business growth by leading the coordinators and supporting the team to deliver high-quality care. You will train staff, manage queries, and ensure compliance with policies while aligning with strategic objectives.

You will work with the Coordination Team Manager to grow the area, maintain service quality, and oversee day-to-day coordination activities across packages and clients.

Qualifications

• 12 months administrative experience
• Minimum of three months co-ordination experience
• GCSE English and Mathematics (grade C or above)
• Fast Learner, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• High level of IT skills and system knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to a coordination team to ensure Connected Health clients receive the best outcomes.
• Train and develop new employees to maintain high standards.
• Be knowledgeable on Connected Health policies and procedures and ensure adherence for a safe working environment.
• Promote the aims and values of Connected Health in all interactions.
• Oversee coordination procedures with other Senior Coordinators and assist the Coordination Team Manager daily.
