Job summary

Connected Health in Newtownabbey is seeking a Senior Coordinator to lead the Coordination team and drive growth within the NI market. You will train new staff, address queries, and ensure high compliance with our care standards.

You will work to expand the area, provide insights to the Coordination Team Manager, and collaborate closely with other teams to deliver high-quality care and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Computer literate with MS Office.
• Administrative experience with at least 12 months.
• Co-ordination experience of at least 3 months.
• English and Mathematics GCSE, Grade C or above.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by leading the team of Coordinators.
• Support and manage the coordination team and expand targets.
• Train and develop new employees in practical skills.
• Ensure high level of compliance and quality in Connected Health.
• Provide insights to the Coordination Team Manager and collaborate on growth.
• Assist in day-to-day running of coordination and supervise in absence of Manager.
