Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare in Wokingham is seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to lead and inspire our coordination team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our services. This role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and financial oversight, including payroll, billing and rota validation.

You will collaborate with Clinical, HR and Operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in care coordination or operational roles in health/social care.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to manage finance-related tasks (payroll, billing, rota validation).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Care Coordinators to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee rota efficiency, workforce deployment, and compliance processes.
• Resolve payroll, billing, and timesheet queries with a focus on accuracy and improvement.
• Collaborate with Clinical, HR, and Operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Champion best practices in care coordination, documentation, and system use.
