Job summary

Homes2Inspire are recruiting a full-time Senior Service Support Co-ordinator for the Care Leavers team in Northampton (NN1). You will lead a staff team, provide 24/7 onsite support and manage administration to help young people aged 17–21 transition to independence.

The role requires empathy, patience and strong communication, with a salary of £32,743–£34,737 per year plus benefits. 40 hours weekly with shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with children or young people in a care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience and honesty in supporting young people.

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative service for the care leavers team.
• Maintain records and audit-ready documentation.
• Collate and distribute statistics and reports.
• Lead staff and provide 24/7 onsite support to residents.
• Ensure safety and safeguarding of young people.
