Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager in an elderly care setting.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• CQC regulations and compliance knowledge.
• NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Care.

Responsibilities

• Promote a caring environment compliant with guidelines and regulations.
• Lead and develop the care team to uphold dignity and respect.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across the home.
• Oversee financial and commercial management in line with policy.
