Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for Almond Court. The role supports residents with person-centred care and works to maintain wellbeing and comfort in daily routines.

You will hold a current SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and have experience in the care sector, including supervising a team of care staff and liaising with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Requires Health and Social qualification and care experience.
• SVQ Level 3 must be held at time of application.
• Experience in supervising care assistants is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents.
• Supervise and motivate all care assistants.
• Assist residents with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
