Barchester Healthcare in Leeds is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a dedicated team and deliver person-centred care to residents. You will support the Deputy General Manager and may assist in medication, assessments and care plans, while respecting residents’ dignity and preferences.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to personalised resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Ensure residents' dignity and preferences are respected in all care activities.
