Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Lead for nights at Malling Grange, West Malling. The role offers full or part-time nights, with initial placement at Pilgrims View in Snodland before transferring to the new luxury home on opening in Autumn 2026.

You will lead a founding team, provide hands-on care, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional, person-centred care aligned with our Eden Alternative Philosophy.

Qualifications

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Are compassionate, professional, and proactive
• Have confidence to lead by example
• Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
• Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
• Support training and development for colleagues

Join Our Caring Team as a Senior Care Lead - Nights (Full or Part Time)

Location: Malling Grange

Pay: £14.72 - £15.22 per hour

Hours: Full or Part Time hours available - (Nights)

Join the opening team at Malling Grange, 2 Station Road North, West Malling, ME19 6XF – our brand-new, luxury and personalised care home opening in Autumn 2026. Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange will offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites.

We are building a passionate founding team who will bring warmth, professionalism, and dedication to every resident’s experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
