Job summary

Avante Care & Support in Tonbridge, Kent, is seeking a Senior Care Lead – Nights at Barnes Lodge. We are a not-for-profit charity delivering compassionate, person-centred care in our nursing and dementia homes.

You will lead a team of care assistants, mentor staff, support residents’ wellbeing, and step in for home management in the absence of senior staff. NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred; Enhanced DBS checks apply; apply via our online portal.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in a senior care role.
