Avante Care & Support is seeking a dynamic Deputy Clinical Home Manager for Malling Grange, our new luxury care home opening Autumn 2026. You will lead hands-on nursing delivery, assess resident needs, and shape responsive care plans to maintain excellent standards.

Initially you’ll work at Pilgrims View, Snodland, before transferring to Malling Grange on opening. The role requires an NMC registered nurse with residential care experience, strong leadership, and a passion for empowering

Deputy Clinical Home Manager Required – Malling Grange

Join the opening team at Malling Grange, our brand-new luxury care home opening in Autumn 2026.

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange will offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic nursing leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to provide hands‑on, visible nursing leadership. You’ll take charge of assessing care needs, shaping responsive care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care for residents.
