Job summary

Avante Care & Support is seeking a Senior Care Lead at Amherst Court to inspire and guide our care team. You will deliver person‑centred care, mentor staff, and maintain the home in the absence of senior leadership, ensuring residents feel valued and supported.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, compassionate leadership, and a commitment to high standards of care within Avante’s Eden Alternative philosophy. Nights shifts and flexible hours are available.

Join Our Caring Team as a Senior Care Lead

Location: Amherst Court

Pay: £14.72 - £15.22 per hour

Hours: Nights - 33 hours per week night shifts available (including alternate weekends) and Bank Shifts for Days and Nights

About You
