Avante Care & Support Ltd is opening Malling Grange, a luxury care home in West Malling, Autumn 2026. Care & Support Assistant roles offer relief hours with £13.20–£13.40 per hour and full training provided to help you start confidently.

Join an opening team shaping a brand-new home from day one. Initially, successful applicants will work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

As a Care & Support Assistant, you'll help residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, supporting wellbeing and creating meaningful connections every day.

No previous care experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
