Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Registered General Nurse for a 33-hour position to deliver hands-on nursing care and lead a team of Health Care Assistants in our care homes.

You will work with the Nurse Manager and Home Manager to uphold high standards, champion the Eden Alternative Philosophy, and provide personalised, dignified support to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality nursing care in a care home setting.
• Current NMC PIN holder.
• Ability to lead and mentor Health Care Assistants.
• Commitment to person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, high-quality nursing care and clinical interventions
• Support and guide Health Care Assistants in delivering excellent care
• Ensure every resident receives truly personalised, dignified support
• Lead by example, helping to create a warm, homely, and supportive environment
