Job summary

Avante Care & Support is seeking a Registered General Nurse (33 hours) for Barnes Lodge, Tonbridge. You will provide high-quality nursing care, lead care teams, and ensure residents receive dignified, personalised support.

You will work with the Nurse Manager to uphold standards and contribute to a compassionate, supportive home environment. This role offers day or night shifts in a not-for-profit charity setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NMC pin.
• Experience delivering hands-on nursing care in a care setting.
• Ability to support and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities
