Avante Care & Support is growing its Barnes Lodge team in Tonbridge and seeking Care & Support Assistants for night shifts. You will provide personal care with respect, support residents’ independence, and help them enjoy meaningful daily activities.

We offer full training, DBS clearance, and a supportive, not-for-profit environment that values compassion and community. This role is full-time, on-site at Barnes Lodge in Tonbridge, with flexible nights and days available.
