Formación

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent required.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Caring, proactive and team oriented.

• Administering medication.
• Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care.
• Team supervisions.
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans.
• Adhering to CQC guidelines.
• Coaching and mentoring your team while identifying training needs.
