Job summary

Advinia is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and provide high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will work closely with Nurses or a Deputy Manager to ensure medication is administered safely and care plans are kept up to date.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, strong people skills, and a hands-on leadership style. Shift patterns include day and night duties, with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred and NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and people skills essential.
