The role emphasizes adherence to CQC guidelines, ongoing training, and team development to ensure a safe, respectful, and fulfilling environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent required.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication.
• Providing hands-on, high quality resident care.
• Team supervision of care staff.
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans.
• Adhering to CQC guidelines.
• Coaching and mentoring your team and identifying training needs.
