Advinia Health Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality resident care. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to administer medication, supervise staff, and develop care plans that meet residents’ needs.

The role requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability. We welcome applicants who align with our care-focused ethos and possess NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience within a similar role.
