Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for our care home. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, and care plans. You will deliver personalised care, always upholding residents’ dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential.
