Job summary

Willing Care Ltd is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of luxury care homes in the UK. You will partner with Home Managers and the senior leadership team to enhance care quality, drive performance, and strengthen regulatory compliance across services.

The role focuses on delivering excellent resident experiences while achieving operational and financial objectives. You will lead on improvement initiatives, manage budgets, and support strategic growth with a commercially

Qualifications

Experience in care or healthcare leadership.
Proven ability to improve quality and compliance.
Strong relationship building with commissioners and regulators.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of care homes
Support Home Managers to achieve high standards of care, compliance, and performance
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across all services
Monitor and improve KPIs, occupancy, budgets, and outcomes
Support services to achieve and maintain strong CQC ratings
Lead on turnaround strategies where improvements are required
Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice standards
Develop and mentor Home Managers and senior teams
Build relationships with commissioners, regulators, and healthcare professionals
Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development
