Job summary

Nightingale Hammerson is seeking a Senior Digital Care & Intelligence Lead to bridge care operations, quality, compliance and IT, turning data into actionable insight to support care delivery and organisational objectives.

You will develop and maintain dashboards for incidents, safeguarding, complaints, training compliance and CQC KLOEs, and drive a 12–24 month digital development roadmap with automated reporting to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn data into actionable intelligence.
• Experience developing dashboards and performance reporting for operational and executive audiences.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Bridge care operations, quality, compliance and technology to support care delivery and organisational objectives.
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards covering incidents, safeguarding concerns, complaints, medication errors, staff training compliance, audits and CQC KLOEs.
• Support CQC compliance by monitoring quality indicators, identifying trends and risks, and assisting managers with evidence collection for inspections and audits.
• Produce regular quality and performance intelligence reports for senior leadership and managers; establish monthly quality review meetings and early warning indicators.
• Develop executive and operational dashboards covering occupancy, staffing, compliance, incidents, quality and financial indicators; ensure reports drive action.
• Review reporting processes to remove duplication and gaps; introduce automated reporting where possible.
• Identify quick-win digital improvements and lead implementation of new digital tools; develop a 12–24 month digital development roadmap.
• Support workforce planning via KPI dashboards and forecasting tools; identify digital skills gaps and build digital capability across the organisation.
