Job summary

Connected Health is seeking a Senior Team Lead to support Community Care Managers and Service Managers in overseeing service quality, ensuring compliance with the Quality Assurance Policy, and helping the organisation meet its objectives.

You will collaborate with Local Authorities, Service Users, family members, and health professionals, coordinate teams, maintain rotas, generate reports, and contribute to ongoing service development.

Qualifications

• 6 months administrative experience.
• Minimum of three months coordination experience.
• GCSE English and Maths (C or above).
• Strong telephone skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to the Coordination Team to ensure Connected Health clients receive the best outcomes.
• Oversee coordination procedures and work alongside Senior Coordinators.
• Assist the Coordination Manager in day-to-day running of coordination.
