Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in health and social care is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and change management skills.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, pricing, margins.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial strategy and revenue growth alongside Sales and Finance.
• Provide strategic management of all care services and ensure KPIs are met.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and robust governance frameworks (CQC).
• Lead the digital roadmap and transformation initiatives with IT leadership.
