Job summary

ID Medical is recruiting a Senior Care Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operational management of complex healthcare packages in Milton Keynes. You will report to the Operations Manager and lead care teams to deliver safe, person-centred services.

You will coordinate diverse packages, manage rosters, monitor KPIs, and liaise with clients, families and clinical teams to ensure timely, compliant care. This is a full-time permanent position with a strong support structure.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating regulated health or social care packages.
• Proven rota management and workforce planning.
• Senior Care Coordinator or similar role experience.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex healthcare packages to ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Triage operational enquiries and incidents; monitor risks and contingency plans.
• Act as primary contact for clients and families, coordinating communication across teams.
• Coordinate package mobilisation and changes, ensure workforce readiness.
• Lead rota management and forecast staffing needs.
• Support safe delivery of delegated healthcare tasks with clinical teams.
• Monitor package KPIs and service standards; escalate risks as needed.
