Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Wokingham is seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to lead a team of Care Coordinators and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role is full-time with a salary of £35,000–£40,000 per year, dependent on experience, and requires strong leadership and payroll experience.

You will oversee rosters, drive improvements in processes, and collaborate with Clinical, HR, and Operations teams to maintain effective care delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in care coordination or operational roles in health/social care.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience managing payroll, billing, and rota validation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport.

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
• Confidence using care management systems such as One Touch and Microsoft Office.
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport.

Desirable

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
