Job summary

CCH Group, the UK's largest care provider, is seeking a Care Coordinator based in Preston to organise and monitor care visits across our community services. The role involves managing care workers, reviewing care plans, and ensuring high-quality home care, with travel required.

You will need a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle, with typical hours Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and on-call duties. NVQ3 desirable, and opportunities for career growth.

Job Description

The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers and performing field-based duties. Qualifications

Experience & Organisation: You are an efficient, organized Care Coordinator passionate about community care. You excel in managing rotas to impeccable standards and pride yourself on building strong relationships with care workers.
