This Senior Care Coordinator role is focused on operational excellence, team development, and financial oversight as well an element of supporting with the management of care packages. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities
Candidates must have at least 4 years experience in care coordination or operational roles in health/social care fields. Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential, along with proven ability to manage finance-related tasks such as payroll, billing, and rota validation. Proficiency in using care management systems like One Touch and Microsoft Office is required, and having a full driving licence with access to one's own transport is mandatory. Desirable qualifications include having obtained an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, management, or a related field, experience in managing or mentoring teams, and knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
