Job summary

You will support induction and training of staff, liaise with health professionals, and report to the Home Manager. Flexibility and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience supervising a care team.
• Strong empathy and understanding of residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage resident care with the care team.

• Administer and record medications.
• Liaise with health professionals and update residents' computerised care plans.
