Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, or similar role within a nursing, residential, or dementia care setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable.

  • Medication administration experience desirable.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and team-focused approach.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents' quality of life.

The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding care while providing leadership and guidance to the care team during day shifts.

Working closely with residents, families, nurses, and colleagues, you will help maintain high standards of care, ensuring residents receive compassionate support tailored to their individual needs.
