Job summary

Nurse Seekers Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for our brand-new Swanage service. You will lead the care team across day or night shifts, delivering compassionate, person-centred care and supporting residents with daily routines.

We offer full-time roles with paid breaks and ongoing training in a modern, refurbished home with a warm, family ethos. Experience in residential care and NVQ Level 3 are desirable, with pay of £14+ per hour negotiable by experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
• Experience in a senior care role within a residential or care home setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A compassionate, calm and proactive approach.
• Medication experience is desirable.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent person-centred care.

The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support residents and provide leadership to the care team across either day or night shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:
