Avon Search is recruiting on behalf of a privately run 15-bed residential care home in Newbury. The Care Assistant role offers day or night shifts in a welcoming, person-centred environment. You will help residents maintain independence and dignity while supporting daily needs and wellbeing.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to residents throughout the day. Working as part of an experienced and friendly team, you will help residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring their individual care needs are met.

Short and long day shifts are available, offering flexibility to suit different working patterns.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Assisting residents with personal care and daily routines
