Bower Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is opening a new care home in Linlithgow. We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant who will guide a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and oversee medication, wellbeing monitoring and care record maintenance.
You will help create a warm, well-organised home for residents and families, supporting colleagues and building strong working relationships from day one.
Bower Care Home is a purpose built care home in Linlithgow, providing residential, dementia, nursing and respite care in a modern and welcoming environment. With 60 en suite bedrooms and a range of excellent facilities, the home offers a comfortable setting for residents and a rewarding environment for our dedicated care team.

As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents.
You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate.
You will maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
