The Senior Care Assistant will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. They will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
