Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others. We support people of all ages in the community and in their homes, with needs including spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and more. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges. You’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.

What you’ll need

Previous experience in health and social care is preferable, along with care, compassion, and resilience.
