Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UK experience as Senior Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant.
• Holds Level 3 in Adult Care or willing to complete within 2 years (sponsorship provided).
• Professional, friendly and approachable with leadership ability.
• Calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Shift Team Leader, allocating tasks based on residents’ needs.
• Supervise carers and maintain high standards of care.
