Responsibilities

• Work with all disciplines to provide residents' total care, integrating physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
• Report changes to the supervising registered nurse.
• Help maintain a safe clinical environment and report issues to the Nurse in Charge.
• Support effective use of resources, e.g. equipment and supplies.
• Report incidents and follow policies (accidents, violence, fire).
• Deliver high standard, person-centred care per policies and procedures.
• Enable residents and carers to maintain individuality.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
