Company: We make health happen

At Bupa, we support those when they need it the most. Richmond Villages are our retirement village provider, delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives. You will be pivotal in running a unit, responsible for all clinical duties including observation, medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping. Your clinical expertise will also be crucial in helping with all CQC responsibilities. We’re proud to offer an aspirational lifestyle and encourage our residents to live life to the full, delivering high-quality, personal, and social care with kindness and warmth.

You’ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care. We’re happy to support your qualification completion if needed. You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, development opportunities including apprenticeships, and access to our online portal with resources for personal development and free access to LinkedIn's online learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit
  • Performing all clinical duties including issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records
  • Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including shift handovers
  • Training and supervising new staff to ensure they feel welcomed and supported
  • Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
  • Assisting residents with personal care duties

Because we care for vulnerable people, a DBS check is required, which Bupa will cover (£40).

Benefits:

Our benefits are designed to support your health and wellbeing, including:
